Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Opinion Rocket ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform.

Eligibility

To use Opinion Rocket you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate, current and complete registration information
• Be a resident of a country supported by our platform
• Not have a previously banned, suspended or terminated account with us
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to refuse or terminate service at our discretion.

Accounts

You may only create and maintain one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending or accrued earnings.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised account access
• Keeping your profile information accurate and up to date

Earning Rules

Earnings are credited to your account balance upon verified completion of qualifying activities including surveys, offers, offerwall tasks, contests and referrals.

We reserve the right to:

• Reverse credits in cases of fraud, misrepresentation or breach of advertiser terms
• Withhold earnings pending investigation of suspicious activity
• Modify earning rates with reasonable notice
• Disqualify entries that do not meet quality standards

Payments & Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to your selected payment method (PayPal, UPI, Bank Transfer, or Gift Cards) subject to minimum balance thresholds set by each method. Processing times vary by payment method and may take 1–7 business days.

Please note:

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method
• We reserve the right to withhold payment pending fraud review
• Opinion Rocket is not responsible for third-party payment processor delays or fees
• Payments are made in USD unless otherwise stated
• Tax obligations for earnings are solely your responsibility

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated tools
• Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts
• Providing false, misleading or randomly selected survey responses
• Manipulating the referral system through fake or self-referrals
• Reverse engineering, scraping or copying the platform
• Attempting to circumvent security measures or fraud detection
• Impersonating other users or Opinion Rocket staff
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable law

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us or third parties.

Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will be revoked immediately
• Pending earnings may be forfeited if termination is due to policy violation
• You may appeal a termination decision via our support system

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, specific earning amounts, or the continued availability of any particular offer or survey.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
